/KASE, August 7, 2026/ – Fincraft JSC Resources (KASE ticker – SATC) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 24, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2025;
• to approve the company's total loss according to the consolidated financial statements for 2025 in the amount of KZT 547,342 thous.;
• to approve the company's total loss according to the unconsolidated financial statements for 2025 in the amount of KZT 503,094 thous.;
• not to accrue or pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2025.
