/KASE, August 7, 2026/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC (KASE ticker – KZTC) dated July 24, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• G.M. Suimbaev was excluded;
• Ch.B. Kuskambasov was elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Jusan Mobile JSC consists of four people.
