/KASE, August 6, 2026/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – FFBN) dated July 31, 2026, the following persons were elected to the bank's Management Board:

• G. A. Akhmetova;

• T. S. Agdavletov;

• O. S. Drychkova;

• D. O. Tazhedenov;

• Y. Saylauqul.

Taking into account the amendments, the Management Board of Freedom Bank Kazakhstan JSC consists of five members.
