/KASE, August 6, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (KASE ticker – HCBN) dated July 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

• G.B. Masangalieva was excluded;
• A.E. Sauytbekova was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) consists of six members.
