​/KASE, August 5, 2026/ – On August 4, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of TRANZIT TRANS LOGISTICS LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

​KZ2P00019052 (TTLSb2; $100, $30.0 mln; 3 years; quarterly coupon, 10.00% per annum; 30/360);

​KZ2P00019102 (TTLSb3; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first successful auction for placement of bonds; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect as of August 6, 2026.

​The opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​The issue of bonds KZ2P00019102 (TTLSb3) is the first under the second bond program of TRANZIT TRANS LOGISTICS LLP, registered on July 16, 2026 for the amount of KZT 50.0 bn.
