/KASE, August 4, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of partners of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP (KASE ticker – MFNK) dated July 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• M. Azbekova was excluded;

• K. Kurbanaliyeva, S. Burmaganov, and Sh. Nazyrov were elected.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP consists of three people.
