/KASE, August 3, 2026/ – On July 30, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market:
KZ2C00019172 (INCApp24; KZT 1,000, KZT 15.0 bn; 8 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined as of bond placement date – base rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1.00 %; 30/360);
KZ2C00019180 (INCApp25; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 8 years; semi-annual coupon, to be determined as of bond placement date – base rate of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1.00 %; 30/360).
This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect as of August 3, 2026.
