/KASE, August 3, 2026/ – On July 30, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following "al- Wakalah" Sukuk Islamic securities of Special Purpose Company Asia Minerals Resource SPC Limited (Astana) in the "Islamic securities" sector of KASE official list:

1) KZX000005764 (AMRLs1; $10, $10.0 mln; 28.11.25 – 28.11.28; quarterly rate of periodic payouts, 11.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZQ000000546 (AMRLs2; KZT 1,000, KZT 5.0 bn; 20.03.26 – 20.03.29; quarterly rate of periodic payouts, 24.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board comes into effect as of August 3, 2026.

The opening of trades in the mentioned securities on KASE will be announced additionally.
