/KASE, August 3, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Atameken- Agro JSC (KASE ticker – KATR) dated July 13, 2026, K.B. Kozhakhmetov has been removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five members.
