Shareholders of Maten Petroleum JSC decided not to distribute net income of company for 2025
/KASE, August 3, 2026/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (KASE ticker – MATN) reported decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on July 31, 2026.
The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
to approve the audited consolidated annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
not to distribute the company's net income for 2025 in the amount of KZT 24,682,263,000.
In total, decisions were made on three agenda items at the general meeting of shareholders.
