​/KASE, July 31, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (KASE ticker – HCBN) dated July 31, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

​G. Masangaliyeva was excluded;

​A. Sauytbekova was elected.

​Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) consists of six people.
