/KASE, July 31, 2026/ – Kazakhmys Copper JSC (KASE ticker – KMCP) reported decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 24, 2026.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual separate audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
- out of the company's net income for 2025 in the amount of KZT 811,804,052,000, to allocate KZT 399,615,581,365 for dividend payment on common shares.
