​/KASE, July 30, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of July 31, 2026, trades in the following common shares in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

1) ​US3453708600 ("KASE Global" sector, F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company, settlement dates for which fall on August 11, 2026, and subsequent dates; trades will be resumed as of August 13, 2026;

2) ​ US70450Y1038 ("KASE Global" sector, PYPL_KZ) of PayPal Holdings Inc., settlement dates for which fall on September 4, 2026, and subsequent dates; trades will be resumed as of September 7, 2026.

​Trades will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 77 of Chapter 13 of KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having information on the record date for the specified shares.
