​/KASE, July 29, 2026/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) reported decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 27, 2026.

​The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• ​to approve the annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the company for 2025;
• ​to approve the following procedure for the distribution of the company's consolidated net income for 2025 in the amount of KZT 2,341,490,944,000:
• ​to allocate KZT 62,179,218,349.71 to Public Fund "Qazaqstan halqyna";
• ​to leave the undistributed part of the net income at the disposal of the company and its subsidiaries for financing investment programs, debt repayment, and acquisition of assets.
