​/KASE, July 29, 2026/ – On July 28, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Swiss Capital" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

​KZ2P00018930 (MFSCb15; USD 100, USD 3.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360);

​KZ2P00018948 (MFSCb16; USD 100, USD 3.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360);

​KZ2P00018955 (MFSCb17; USD 100, USD 3.0 mln; 2 years; monthly coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360).

​This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect as of July 29, 2026.

​The opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

​These bond issues are the fifth–seventh ones under the first bond program of MFO "Swiss Capital" LLP registered on July 10, 2023 for an amount of USD 50.0 mln.
