/KASE, July 29, 2026/ – On July 28, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00018963 (MFSFb15; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00018971 (MFSFb16; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00018989 (MFSFb17; USD 100, USD 1.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00018997 (MFSFb18; USD 100, USD 1.0 mln; 3 years; monthly coupon, 12.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect as of July 29, 2026.

The opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

Bond issues KZ2P00018963 (MFSFb15) and KZ2P00018971 (MFSFb16) are the fourth and fifth ones under the first bond program of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP registered on August 26, 2025 for an amount of KZT 10.0 bn.

Bond issues KZ2P00018989 (MFSFb17) and KZ2P00018997 (MFSFb18) are the fourth and fifth ones under the second bond program of MFO "Smartolet Finance" LLP registered on August 26, 2025 for an amount of USD 10.0 mln.
