/KASE, July 28, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of July 29, 2026, trades in the following securities in repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:

​ETF US81369Y3080 ("KASE Global" sector, XLP_KZ) of State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF, settlement dates for which fall on September 21, 2026, and subsequent dates. Trades will be resumed as of September 23, 2026;

​ETF US81369Y8865 ("KASE Global" sector, XLU_KZ) of The Utilities Select Sector SPDR Fund, settlement dates for which fall on September 21, 2026, and subsequent dates. Trades will be resumed as of September 23, 2026;

​Common shares US0605051046 ("KASE Global" sector, BAC_KZ) of Bank of America Corporation, settlement dates for which fall on September 4, 2026, and subsequent dates. Trades will be resumed as of September 7, 2026.

​Trades will be suspended in accordance with sub-clause 12) of clause 77 of Chapter 13 of KASE's internal document "Trading Regulations" due to KASE having information on the record date for the specified securities.
