​/KASE, July 28, 2026/ – Today, special trading for the placement of four bond issues of local executive bodies was held in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

​Based on the results of the special trading, the following bonds were placed:

​KZMJ00003697 (ZKK084_369; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,884,002,000; 28.07.26 – 28.07.33; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 4.9 bn;

​KZMJ00003705 (ZKK120_370; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,628,001,000; 28.07.26 – 28.07.36; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region for KZT 1.6 bn;

​KZMJ00003713 (ARK120_371; KZT 1,000, KZT 1,687,682,000; 28.07.26 – 28.07.36; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Atyrau region for KZT 1.7 bn;

​KZMJ00003721 (ARK084_372; KZT 1,000, KZT 5,063,047,000; 28.07.26 – 28.07.33; annual coupon, 14.76 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Atyrau region for KZT 5.1 bn.

​These bonds were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, as well as heating, electricity, water supply, and sewerage networks and systems.
