/KASE, July 28, 2026/ – By the decision of the Board of Directors of KEGOC JSC (KASE ticker: KEGC) dated July 23, 2026, N. Kerimkulov was elected as a member of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the amendments made, the Management Board of KEGOC JSC consists of six people.
