/KASE, July 28, 2026/ – KoZhan JSC (KASE ticker: KOZN) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated July 22, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the company for 2025;
• retained earnings for 2023 in the amount of KZT 15 bn shall be used to pay dividends on the company's common shares.
