/KASE, July 27, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteLeasing JSC (KASE ticker – TMLZ) dated July 24, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: B. Sagindykov;
• elected: Y. Baimamyrov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ForteLeasing JSC consists of two persons.
