/KASE, July 24, 2026/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KEGOC JSC (KASE ticker – KEGC) dated July 22, 2026, the composition of Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• M.K. Kiyakov was excluded;
• B.R. Taubayev was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of KEGOC JSC consists of seven people.
