/KASE, July 24, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 27, 2026, KASE will suspend trading in the following ordinary shares for repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty:

1) US4592001014 (KASE Global sector, IBM_KZ) of IBM corp., which settlement date falls on August 10, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on August 12, 2026;

2) US1729674242 (KASE Global sector, C_KZ) of Citigroup Inc., which settlement date falls on August 3, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on August 5, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 77 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified shares.
