• the company bought back 493 common shares and 3,428 preferred shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is KCR METALS - FZCO, owning 99,940,708 common shares of the company (90.98 % of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 99.99 % of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
