• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 10,922,876 units, preferred shares - 1,213,653 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 216,852 common shares and 914,868 preferred shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is "NATIONAL WELFARE FUND "SAMRUK-KAZYNA" JSC, owning 9,771,920 common shares of the company (80.52 % of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 91.27 % of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
