/KASE, July 22, 2026/ – On July 22, 2026, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list to the bonds category of the main board the bonds KZ2P00019136 (MFSHb1; 1,000 KZT, 10.0 bln KZT; 2 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization Shinhan Finance LLP (Almaty).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on July 22, 2026.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of Microfinance Organization Shinhan Finance LLP, registered on July 17, 2026, in the amount of 50.0 bln KZT.
