/KASE, July 22, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from July 23, 2026, KASE will suspend trading in ordinary shares US7475251036 (KASE Global sector, QCOM_KZ) of QUALCOMM Inc. for repo operations in trading regimes with participation of the central counterparty, which settlement date falls on September 3, 2026, and subsequent dates.

Trading in the specified shares on KASE will resume on September 7, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 77 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Trading Rules" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified securities.
