NC KazMunayGas JSC (KMG) announces changes in its management.

Chief Executive Officer of KMG International N.V. Erik Bekbulatovich Sagiyev has been appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of NC KazMunayGas JSC concurrently.

E. Sagiyev graduated from the West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University with a degree in Process Machines and Equipment and the M. Narikbayev Kazakh Humanitarian and Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

Over the years, he worked in the companies Bonatti S.p.A, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., Intergazstroy and the Astana Entrepreneurs Association "Saryarka".

In 2022-2024 - Deputy General Director for Oil Transportation at KazTransOil JSC.

In 2024-2025 - Chief Operating Officer of KMG International N.V.

Since April 2025, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer of KMG International N.V. (Rompetrol).

As Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of KMG, E. Sagiyev will oversee the oil transportation unit and international assets.

Bulat Kalavyanovich Zakirov, who previously held this position, left his post at his own request. KMG CEO Askhat Khasenov thanked B. Zakirov for his productive work and significant contribution to development of the national company.
