/KASE, July 17, 2026/ – Today, the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) hosted a special trading session for placement of nine issues of bonds of local executive bodies.

After the special trading session, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00003523 (government securities sector, JTK047_352; 1,000 KZT, 11,430,760,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 15.10% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Zhetisu region in the amount of 11,4 bln KZT;

2) KZMJ00003531 (government securities sector, AKK047_353; 1,000 KZT, 569,240,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 15.10% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Akmola region in the amount of 0,6 bln KZT;

3) KZMJ00003549 (government securities sector, PVK084_354; 1,000 KZT, 2,302,663,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.07.33; annual coupon, 13.00% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region in the amount of 2,3 bln KZT;

4) KZMJ00003556 (government securities sector, PVK120_355; 1,000 KZT, 767,555,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.07.36; annual coupon, 13.00% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Pavlodar region in the amount of 0,8 bln KZT;

5) KZMJ00003564 (government securities sector, ATK047_356; 1,000 KZT, 3,561,828,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 15.10% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Almaty region in the amount of 3,6 bln KZT;

6) KZMJ00003572 (government securities sector, ZKK047_357; 1,000 KZT, 8,000,000,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 16.80% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region in the amount of 8,0 bln KZT;

7) KZMJ00003580 (government securities sector, VKK047_358; 1,000 KZT, 7,000,000,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 15.10% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Kazakhstan region in the amount of 7,0 bln KZT;

8) KZMJ00003598 (government securities sector, VKK047_359; 1,000 KZT, 13,000,000,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 16.80% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of East Kazakhstan region in the amount of 13,0 bln KZT;

9) KZMJ00003606 (government securities sector, KOK047_360; 1,000 KZT, 4,547,602,000 KZT; 17.07.26 – 17.06.30; semi-annual coupon, 16.80% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Kyzylorda region in the amount of 4,5 bln KZT.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and/or acquisition, purchase of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction, as well as the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repairs) of wastewater treatment facilities, heat, electricity, water supply and sewerage networks and systems.
