In July 2026, KazTransOil JSC's foreign asset in Georgia, the Batumi Oil Terminal (BOT), resumed transshipment of aviation kerosene after an eight-year hiatus, becoming a key support point for supply of aviation fuel from Europe to Kazakhstan via the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor).

The terminal has begun handling JET A1 aviation kerosene produced by European oil refineries, expanding the range of transshipped cargo. The first batch of aviation kerosene of 10 thou. tons was delivered to BOT by sea transport across the Black Sea. Currently, the cargo is located at the terminal and awaits arrival of railway tank cars for subsequent shipment to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
