Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the agenda of annual general meeting of the company shareholders;

2) approval of the annual financial statements for 2025;

3) approval of the procedure for distributing the company's net income for financial year 2025;

- consideration of the issue of paying dividends on the company’s ordinary shares;

- consideration of the issue of distributing the company's net income for 2025;

4) consideration of the issue of shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of the company and its officials and the results of their consideration;

5) informing the company shareholders of the amount and composition of remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company for 2025.
