/KASE, July 14, 2026/ – By decision of the sole shareholder of KazAgroFinance JSC (KASE ticker – KAFI) dated July 10, 2026, the composition of Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• Thomas Dorenwendt was excluded;
• I.A. Tyurekhodzhayeva was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of six people.
