/KASE, July 13, 2026/ – Decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 30, 2026, approved amendments No. 28 to the KASE's internal document Rules of Market Maker Operations (Rules), which come into effect on August 1, 2026.

The amendments establish for market makers of securities, including ETFs, included in the KASE Global sector:

• from 11:30 to 17:30, the maximum spread value is 0.9%, timeout time is 142 minutes;
• from 17:31 to 22:00, the maximum spread value is 0.5%, timeout time is 50 minutes.

In addition, the mechanism for applying liability measures to market makers of securities in the KASE Global sector has been clarified.
