/KASE, July 13, 2026/ – RESPUBLIKA FINANCIAL HOLDING JSC (KASE ticker – FHRP) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 7, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• approve the company's audited annual financial statements for 2025;
• allocate a portion of the net income for 2025 in the amount of 999,261,490.00 KZT to pay dividends on the company’s ordinary shares.
