/KASE, July 8, 2026/ – Sary-Arka Airport (KASE ticker – ARSA) announced the decisions of the sole shareholder dated June 30, 2026.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

- approve the company's annual financial statements for 2025;

- not pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares based on results of 2025 due to presence of a negative amount of the company's equity capital as of December 31, 2025, in the amount of 528,421 KZT.
