/KASE, July 8, 2026/ – By decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 8, 2026, ordinary shares KZ1C00001510 (KASE's alternative board, shares sector, JRES) of Joint Resources JSC were excluded from the KASE's official list.

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on July 9, 2026.

This decision was made based on application from Joint Resources JSC for voluntary delisting of the specified shares from the KASE's official list.

The specified shares were included in the shares sector of alternative board of the KASE's official list from January 30, 2018. Trading in them was opened from April 23, 2018.
