According to the report of Independent Audit Company Concord LLP, the consolidated financial statements fairly reflect in all material respects the consolidated financial position of EKOTON+ JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
