Agenda of the meeting:

1) approval of the company's annual consolidated financial statements and the company's separate statements for 2025;

2) determination of procedure for allocation of the company's net income for 2025 and the amount of dividend per one ordinary share of the company;

3) consideration of the issue concerning shareholders' appeals regarding actions of the company and its officials and the results of their consideration;

4) the Chairman of the company's Board of Directors providing information to the company shareholders on the amount and composition of remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors and the executive body of the company for 2025;

5) determination of the audit organization that will conduct the company audit for 2026.
