On June 30, 2026, the Board of Directors of United Group Alatau JSC, the Sole Shareholder of Alatau City Bank JSC, adopted the following decision:

1. Approve the following procedure for distributing the net income of Alatau City Bank JSC for the past 2024 and 2025 financial years received as a result of financial and economic activities of Alatau City Bank JSC:

1) a portion of the net income of Alatau City Bank JSC for the 2024 financial year in the amount of 24,682,363,504.33 (twenty-four billion six hundred eighty-two million three hundred sixty-three thousand five hundred and four) tenge 33 tiyn shall be used to pay dividends on ordinary shares of Alatau City Bank JSC;

2) a portion of the net income of Alatau City Bank JSC for the 2025 financial year in the amount of 98,727,813,230.01 (ninety-eight billion seven hundred twenty- seven million eight hundred thirteen thousand two hundred thirty) tenge 01 tiyn shall be used to pay dividends on ordinary shares of Alatau City Bank JSC;

2. Approve the dividend amount for the 2024 financial year per ordinary share: 150.43 (one hundred fifty) tenge 43 tiyn.

3. Approve the dividend amount for the 2025 financial year per ordinary share: 601.71 (one hundred fifty) tenge 71 tiyn.
