/KASE, July 3, 2026/ – By decision of the sole shareholder of ASTEL JSC (KASE ticker – ASTL) dated June 23, 2026, the composition of Board of Directors was changed as follows:

• B.K. Konirbayev was excluded;
• T.B. Zinalabdin was elected.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of ASTEL JSC consists of three people.
