Air Astana Group (the Company, together with its subsidiary FlyArystan, the Group), the largest airline group in Central Asia and the Caucasus region by revenue and fleet size, announces payment of dividends on the Company's ordinary shares and GDRs from the Company's retained earnings for 2025.

Date and time of register closing: June 24, 2026, 00:00 Astana time. Dividend payment date: June 30, 2026.

The total amount payable is 3,511,431,000 tenge, the total amount actually paid was 3,506,247,778.24 tenge, taking into account the shares on the Company’s balance sheet (treasury shares).

The total dividend amount is 9.92 tenge per ordinary share or 39.68 tenge per GDR (consisting of four shares).
