/KASE, July 1, 2026/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (KASE ticker – AAFD) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 30, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• approve the company's audited annual financial statements for 2025;
• not distribute the company's net income for 2025, and not accrue or pay the dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
