​These bonds were issued to finance the construction and modernization (reconstruction, major repair) of wastewater treatment complexes, heating, electricity, water supply and sewerage networks and systems, as well as to finance the construction and (or) acquisition, buyout of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation residential construction projects.
