Trading in common shares US7170811035 (PFE_KZ) of Pfizer Inc. and US35671D8570 (FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. will be suspended on KASE starting June 29
/KASE, June 26, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from June 29, 2026, trading in the following common shares on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty will be suspended on KASE:
1) US7170811035 (sector "KASE Global", CRM_KZ) of Pfizer Inc., with settlement date falling on July 24, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on July 27, 2026;
2) US35671D8570 (sector "KASE Global", FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. with settlement date falling on July 15, 2026 and subsequent dates. Trading will resume on July 17, 2026.
Trading will be suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for the implementation of exchange activities" due to the fact that KASE has information about the record date of the specified shares.
