/KASE, June 22, 2026/ – Ai Karaauyl JSC (KASE ticker: AKRL) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 8, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited (separate and consolidated) financial statements of the company for 2025;
• not to pay dividends on the company's common shares for 2025.

Decisions on a total of three agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
