/KASE, June 22, 2026/ – RETAM JSC (KASE ticker: RETM) announced the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 5, 2026.

The shareholders, among other things, adopted the following decisions:

• to approve the audited financial statements of the company for 2025;
• to pay dividends on common shares for 2025 in the amount of 60,000 tenge per share;
• to pay dividends on additional preferred shares for 2025 in the amount of 393,000 tenge per share.
