According to the report of Independent Auditing Company "Concord" JSC, the consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Akzhal Gold Resources JSC as of December 31, 2025, as well as its financial performance and cash flows for the year ended as of that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
