/KASE, June 18, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated June 15, 2026, S. Levin was elected as a member of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of seven persons.
