/KASE, June 18, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP (KASE ticker – MFNK) dated June 15, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: G. Kurbanalieva;
• elected: K. Kurbanalieva, S. Burmaganov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO "NIET Credit" LLP consists of three persons.
