According to the report of TrustFinAudit LLP, the consolidated financial statements present fairly in all material respects the financial position of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as their financial results and cash flows for the year ended on that date, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
